Projekt "Učíme stejně? Výměny zkušeností visegrádských průmyslových škol" předloženého pod IČ. 22220185, z Mezinárodního visegradského fondu. Projekt je zaměřen na Vzdělávání a budování kapacit na technických školách.
Hlavní cíl projektu je posílení profesní sítě vzdělávacích institucí v oborech strojírenství, elektrotechniky, IT techniky a robotiky a podpoře mobility učitelů za účelem sdílení osvědčených postupů a zvyšování kvality. výuky, rozšířit její formy a tím zvýšit pozornost studentů, což povede ke zvýšení kvality absolventů těchto oborů a jejich uplatnitelnosti na trhu práce. UDÁLOSTI:
1) Mezinárodní výměny učitelů
V rámci projektu proběhnou výměny 4 učitelů z každé školy, kteří navštíví partnerské vzdělávací instituce ve třech termínech. Každá návštěva bude trvat dva dny, během nichž dojde k výměně a sdílení zkušeností, osvědčených postupů a výukových metod. Cílem každého učitele je seznámit se s prostředím školy, vybavením odborných učeben, metodami výuky i jejím obsahem. Z každé zahraniční cesty pak vznikne třístránkový strukturovaný dokument mapující výuku, jíž byli svědky, který je podkladem pro sestavení výstupů projektu prezentovaných na závěrečném semináři. To vše přispívá k naplnění hlavního cíle projektu, kterým je posílení odborné sítě vzdělávacích institucí v oborech strojírenství, elektrotechnika, IT technologie a robotika a podpora mobility učitelů za účelem sdílení osvědčených postupů a zvýšení kvality výuky, rozšíření jejích forem a tím i zvýšení zájmu žáků, což povede k vyšší kvalitě absolventů těchto oborů a jejich uplatnitelnosti na trhu práce. Touto spoluprací budou naplněny i další cíle projektu, jako je rozšíření dovedností a jazykových znalostí učitelů, získání nových zkušeností a vzájemné poznávání jiných kultur a způsobů výuky. Lze také získat nové poznatky z oblasti robotiky, které pomohou obohatit obsah výuky (např. získání informací o nových technologiích, postupech apod.). V neposlední řadě patří mezi cíle projektu navázání nové a prohloubení stávající spolupráce mezi učiteli, vzájemná inspirace v nových formách a metodách výuky a motivace žáků, k čemuž přispěje mezinárodní

2) Závěrečný mezinárodní seminář, Liberec, ČR
Po výměně všech učitelů se koncem roku 2023 uskuteční v Liberci dvoudenní mezinárodní závěrečný seminář pro ředitele škol a jejich zástupce. Program prvního dne zahrnuje prezentaci výsledků projektu, osvědčených postupů, doporučení a výměnu učitelů, která vyústí v diskusi o možných změnách ve výuce, možnostech další spolupráce a šíření projektu. Druhý den je v plánu návštěva spolupracujících institucí, firem a výzkumných organizací v Liberci a okolí, která ukáže význam propojení střední technické školy a náročného trhu. To vše přispívá k naplnění hlavního cíle projektu, kterým je posílení odborné sítě vzdělávacích institucí v oborech strojírenství, elektrotechnika, IT technika a robotika a navázání nové a prohloubení stávající spolupráce mezi školami a jejich pracovníky vzájemnou inspirací v nových formách a metodách výuky.

1) International teacher exchanges (Product)
The project will involve exchanges of 4 teachers from each school who will visit the partner educational institutions on three dates. Each visit will last two days, during which experiences, best practices and teaching methods will be exchanged and shared. The aim of each teacher is to get acquainted with the school environment, the equipment of the specialist classrooms, the teaching methods as well as its content. Each trip abroad then produces a three-page structured document mapping the teaching they witnessed, which forms the basis for the compilation of the project outputs presented at the final seminar. All of this contributes to the main objective of the project, namely to strengthen the professional network of educational institutions in the fields of mechanical, electrical, IT technology and robotics and to promote the mobility of teachers in order to share best practices and increase the quality of teaching, expand its forms and therefore increase the attention of students, leading to a higher quality of graduates in these fields and their employability on the labor market. This cooperation will also fulfil the other objectives of the project such as expanding the skills and language skills of the teachers, gaining new experiences and learning about other cultures and ways of teaching each other. New insights into robotics can also be gained, which will help to enrich the content of teaching (e.g. gaining information on new technologies, procedures, etc.). 2) Final international seminar (Event–Private), Liberec, CZ
After the exchange of all teachers, a two-day international final seminar for school principals and their representatives will be held in Liberec at the end of the year 2023. The first day agenda covers the presentations of the results of the project, best practices, recommendations and teacher exchanges, which will lead to a discussion on possible changes in teaching, possibilities for further cooperation and dissemination of the project. The second day plans include a visit to cooperating institutions, companies and research organisations in Liberec and its vicinity, which will demonstrate the importance of linking the secondary technical school and the demanding market. All this contributes to the main objective of the project, which is to strengthen the professional network of educational institutions in the fields of mechanical, electrical, IT technology and robotics and to establish new and deepen existing cooperation between schools and their staff by mutual inspiration in new forms and methods of teaching.
